Location.

Bedding quality, flat pillows, noise, bed sat parallel to TV so got kink in neck watching.

Rooms are becoming run down, not what it used to be. Now charging $20.00 a night for parking plus get fee.

Small rooms, and the bed was hard.

Hotel was nice but the rooms really small, bed old and out dated, older TV. The place needs some updating.

1st hotel on the strip, it was windy & we could feel the building way.

The hotel was OK, not great but ok if on a budget. The icemakers didn't work on most floors, but everything else was functional.

The location was right on the beach!

Valet parking only. $20 per day.

The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. We didn't know about the extra $20 a day to park and were not happy with it. We also expected the hotel to be nicer.

Location.

Rooms were in desperate need of renovation.

While the location was great, the rooms were in poor condition. The carpet was badly stained and the walls and furniture showed heavy signs of wear.
